To achieve the intended design effect, we selected hard finishes from Italian brands that could be custom-made for the project. All the woodwork throughout the apartment is by Xilia, which was customized to create different forms of seating, cabinetry, and storage solutions. The sloped and irregular kitchen was designed by Euromobil, providing functional storage and a full-scale, one-to-one realization of the dining and kitchen area according to the design. The bathrooms feature pieces from the aesthetically iconic brand Agape.

In terms of spatial layout, an open plan allows the living room, dining area, and workspace to share the same balcony, letting natural light flow freely across the different functional zones and harmonize with the greenery outside. Interior materials such as walnut, black wood grain, and dark stone create a comfortable and inviting daily atmosphere.
